coolCARE covers all brand types.
Refer to you equipment manufacturer warranty and the coverage description section of your agreement. Its best to check your certified coolCARE contractor for exclusions and covered repairs per the terms & conditions.
Residential & Commercial Limited Part Warranties
The Manufacturer’s warranty with your newly installed equipment is limited to the parts and typically does NOT cover labor fees for repairs. Our plan enables you to know that for the duration of your purchased labor coverage, or additional parts coverage, covers the costs for repairs associated with mechanical failure. Additionally, your limited warranty may have gaps in coverage periods for individual parts or even entire components. Check your provided Manufacturer’s limited warranty for your product to understand its limitations.
-
Cover repair cost for labor charges on mechanical failure for the manufacturer’s warrantied parts during the coverage period listed on the facing page of the agreement.
-
Cover the parts cost for the equipment after the manufacturer’s limited warranty expires and during the coverage period listed on the facing page of the agreement. Residential complete systems cover: air conditioners/heat pumps, coils, air handlers/furnaces, basic thermostats, and all refrigerant types.
-
Considered preventative maintenance items or workmanship failures: air filters, drain lines, condensate pumps, refrigerant lines, ducts, welding, electrical wiring external of the equipment, bulbs, humidifier, fuses or breakers, unless part of the original unit as provided by the manufacturer and/or stated on face of warranty.
