All Service must be performed in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications and by an approved coolCARE service provider. Refer to your OEM limited parts warranty for the recommended maintenance. System must be registered to current homeowner to qualify. Annual maintenance is required by the manufacturer’s limited warranty and labor protection plans cover these warrant-able repairs. Routine maintenance is critical to keeping your system(s) healthy and running smooth each year.

coolCARE is not a maintenance contract and does not cover the cost of routine/seasonal maintenance. Owner’s responsibilities include providing normal care and maintenance including but not limited to, cleaning evaporator and condenser coils, drains, burners, or heat exchangers; lubrication; adjustments; normal filter maintenance; and accessibility for service
