Updated Agreement Terms & Conditions

This announcement is to inform coolCARE dealers of the changes to our Terms & Conditions that accompany each Agreement Registration Section.

From time to time the legal environment at various State DOI’s change and we are required to add/subtract language for various States. 

Up until end of 2024, Trinity had a set of Terms and Conditions that varied by State. Depending on the location of the equipment sold, the system would pull the proper Terms document and attach it to the Dec page of the client. Underwriter Fortegra’s legal department decided to create a new, unified document that encompasses all States. This created 2 changes:

1) the Terms Document is now a bit longer, and

2) we are no longer printing Terms on a State-by-State basis, but rather 1-document fits all. 

There are no material changes in the terms themselves, so the market is not affected in any way, (we did not take away anything from the market) other than that the Terms are now 2 pages longer to accommodate the variability of language between States. 

This change was implemented beginning of January of 2025.
